Converter Plus for Toss Terms of Use

You may use the app only if you can legally accept these terms where you live. Magsmi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable platform and store rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

Currency data uses daily reference rates from the Frankfurter public API. They are not live bank, card, or exchange rates and may differ from the rate you are offered. Conversions, taxes, fees, tips, and sizes are estimates, not financial, tax, or legal advice. Check important amounts before relying on them.

Converter Plus is a one-time purchase that does not renew. The purchase screen shows the price, including VAT, before you buy. Buying and restoring it need Toss Login. Signing in restores Converter Plus only, not your converter records.

For an Android purchase, you request a refund in Toss and Google Play makes the final decision. For an iOS purchase, Apple decides refunds. Deleting or unlinking the mini-app does not cancel or refund a purchase. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or its providers, bypass purchase or access controls, introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.

The app depends on store, platform, and service providers outside Magsmi's control, and their terms also apply. Magsmi may fix, change, or discontinue features while respecting paid rights required by law.

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi does not promise that the app or your records will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, Magsmi's total liability relating to the app is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow Magsmi to exclude or limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts where you live remain available where applicable. Updated terms will show a new effective date, with additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@magsmi.com.
