Workout Tracker Terms of Use

You may use the app only if you can legally accept these terms where you live. Magsmi grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable platform and store rules. The app is licensed, not sold.

Workout Tracker is a planning and logging tool. It is not medical advice, treatment, or coaching. Estimates such as one-repetition maximums and personal records come from what you enter and simple calculations, and they do not guarantee safety or results. Choose exercises and loads that suit you, stop if an exercise causes pain or dizziness, and contact emergency services in an emergency.

Pro unlocks the features described on the paywall. The native app sells monthly, annual, and lifetime Pro through Apple or Google. Pro is not sold in the Apps-in-Toss edition.

The purchase screen shows the price and terms before you buy. Apple or Google processes payment and decides refunds under its rules and mandatory consumer law. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it in your Apple or Google account before the renewal date. Deleting the app does not cancel it. Use Restore Purchases to restore eligible access.

Use the app lawfully. Do not interfere with the app or its providers, bypass purchase or access controls, introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe another person's rights.

The app depends on store, platform, and service providers outside Magsmi's control, and their terms also apply. Magsmi may fix, change, or discontinue features while respecting paid rights required by law.

The app is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi does not promise that the app or your records will be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or recoverable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of data. Where liability cannot be excluded, Magsmi's total liability relating to the app is limited to what you paid for it. This does not limit liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, or personal injury, or liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow Magsmi to exclude or limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Mandatory consumer protections and competent courts where you live remain available where applicable. Updated terms will show a new effective date, with additional notice where required. Questions can be sent to support@magsmi.com.
