Converter Plus for Toss Terms of Use

The mini-app provides currency, unit, and clothing-size conversions, saved conversions, reference-rate history, configurable tax, card-fee and tip calculations, themes, and sharing. Native mobile widgets are not included. Some features require Pro access, a supported Toss version, or a network connection.

Currency data uses daily reference rates from the Frankfurter public API. Rates are not live bank, card-network, remittance, merchant, tax-authority, or trading quotes and may be delayed, incomplete, rounded, corrected, or different from the rate offered to you.

Conversions, historical values, taxes, card fees, tips, and unit or size results are estimates for general information, not financial, tax, accounting, legal, or trading advice. Verify important amounts and obligations with the relevant provider or professional.

The mini-app may offer one permanent, non-consumable Converter Plus product at the price displayed before confirmation. The selling price includes value-added tax (VAT). It does not auto-renew. The purchase screen identifies the included features.

Toss Login is required to buy, restore, or use the account-linked purchase. Magsmi verifies completed and refunded orders with Apps-in-Toss and keeps an entitlement record so an eligible purchase can be restored on another supported device. Converter settings, history, favorites, and size profiles remain local and are not restored by signing in.

For Android purchases, users start a refund request in Toss, Magsmi reviews it in the Apps-in-Toss console, and Google Play makes the final marketplace decision. For iOS purchases, Apple manages and decides refunds; Magsmi cannot approve or reject them. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Deleting the mini-app does not itself create a refund. Purchase availability, restoration, and refund status depend on Apps-in-Toss and the applicable marketplace. Contact Magsmi support if paid access is not delivered after a completed purchase.

Use the mini-app lawfully. Do not interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, bypass purchase or platform controls, burden providers with automated traffic, distribute malicious content, or infringe another person's rights.

Magsmi may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or provider integrations for security, legal, technical, product, or business reasons, while respecting paid rights as required by marketplace terms and law.

The mini-app and third-party data are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magsmi does not promise complete, uninterrupted, or error-free rates, calculations, purchase services, or availability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory consumer protections. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@magsmi.com.
